Kay's Crew is a small content and marketing team. Not a review team, not an ARC group — a team of creators who love these books and want to make things for them.

What this is
A brand new team, built small on purpose.
This is not a continuation of any of Kay's prior teams. If you've been part of something with me before, you'll need to apply here again.
Everything runs through a private Facebook group. Announcements, campaigns, and requests all live there. You're welcome to make a private profile to join.
Looking for ARCs? My ARCs are handled exclusively by Valentine PR. So if you're more of a book reviewer instead of content creator, head to valentinepr.net/influencer to view my open ARC campaigns.
The commitment
Six months, then we refresh.
At the end of a term we refresh the roster, and members in good standing are welcome to stay on for the next round. No pressure either way — if six months is what you've got, that's a complete and finished thing.
About one post or story a week and help with engagement. That's the honest baseline. Weeks around a release run busier; plenty of weeks are quiet.
You don't have to be everywhere. If there's a platform you don't post on, leave that field blank on the application — that's totally okay. Post where you feel comfortable!

Where we can ship
Three countries, and I wish the list were longer.
Shipping physical kits, print runs, and PR boxes beyond these three has gotten expensive and unreliable enough that I can't promise you a good experience. I'd rather tell you that now than mail you a box that never arrives.
Spots outside the U.S. are very limited.
Honest fit check
Read both lists before you apply.
This is probably you if you —
- Are 18 or older. Kay writes adult romance, and the group is 18+ across the board.
- Make content you're proud of. Reels, edits, graphics, reviews — whatever your thing is.
- Have public accounts, or are willing to make them public.
- Read across more than one subgenre, or are open to trying.
This probably isn't you if you —
- Want ARCs more than you want to make things.
- Can't commit to a private Facebook group.
- Are looking for a one-time thing rather than six months.
- Are outside the U.S., U.K., or Canada.
How it works
Four steps, no mystery.
Apply
The form takes about ten minutes. Be honest on the tropes question — telling us what you won't read doesn't disqualify you, it just helps us know which releases to let you skip.
Wait
Applications close on September 4th and reach out will be in waves. If you haven't heard from me by September 6th, it wasn't this round — and we'll post when applications are live again in 6 months.
Get your invite
You'll get one email and one follow-up. Inside: the private Facebook group link and password, plus a request for a few more details like your mailing address. If I don't hear back, or you haven't joined within two weeks, the spot goes to someone else.
Read the crew guide
Once you're in, you get the real details — how campaigns work, what I'll ask for and when, all of it. If you read that and it isn't for you, tell me before we start and step back with zero awkwardness. Genuinely. I'd rather you bow out clean than white-knuckle six months.
A few honest notes
The fine print, in plain words.
What happens in the group stays in the group.
You'll see covers, blurbs, get early editions, see Kay's unreleased publishing news, and campaign plans before anyone else. That's the fun part, and it only works if it stays put. Everyone Crew member must agree to an NDA.
I can't evaluate a locked account.
If your profiles are private, I have no way to see your work. Make them public, or send me something I can view.
Applying doesn't put you on my newsletter list.
There's a separate checkbox on the form if you want that.
