Shipping policy

With the exception of preorders, all orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days of purchase. All packages will be shipped with an estimated speed of 2-4 business days, depending on the carrier. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. 

Preorder availability dates are an estimate. If shipping will take more than two weeks past the original estimated range, updates will be sent by orders@kaycove.com. You will have an opportunity to cancel your order if necessary prior to fulfillment.

All preorder books on this website are in production, meaning product delivery is not guaranteed. The delivery range noted is a best estimate and is subject to unforeseen delays.
